Hills Country Inn Rooms & Rates

While we offer a variety of rooms on the property everything is centrally located and you are never more than a stones throw away from anything or anyone else on the property. There are no phones or TV's in the rooms as our appeal is more nature-bound. The T.V. room and guest telephones are located in the common areas of the Main House.
THE MAIN HOUSE: 10 guest rooms all with private baths and conveniently located just one flight up from all common areas--T.V. room, Lobby, Dining Room, Fireplace Den and porch. King and Queen beds available. Open year-round. B & B Rates: $155 - $185 per room based on double occupancy. Full Country Breakfast included. The Main House features rooms decorated by some of our local home furnishing businesses. All the furnishings in these one-of-a-kind rooms are available for purchase. THE TERRACE HALL: 14 guest rooms all with private bathrooms. Located next to pool area and just down the driveway from the Main House. King, Queen, and Queen & Twin bed arrangements available. Open from May thru October. B & B Rates: $135 per room based on double occupancy. Full Country Breakfast included.

THE ANNEX: 8 rooms located just above the dining room, connected to the Main House but with a separate entrance. These are the smallest of the rooms on the property, each with private bath (shower only-no bathtub). 2 Twin, Double, and Queen bed arrangements available. Open from May to October. B & B Rates: $115 per room based on occupancy. Full Country Breakfast included.

Two-night minimum stay required on the weekends. Rates do not include service charge or applicable taxes. Deposit of one night stay required to hold the reservation. Hills is a smoke and pet free inn. Cancellation Policy: Deposits are refundable (less $20 fee) provided we receive your cancellation 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Check In: 3pm to 10pm (late arrivals must make prior arrangements). Check Out: 12 noon
